During the design phase we co-ordinate the activities of the other team members including quantity surveyors, structural engineers and other specialists.
We then manage the building
project though the stages of:
•Scheme design
•Budget costing
•Consultation and approvals
•Tender procedures
•Detailed design and specifications
•Selection of specialist sub-contractors and suppliers
•Appointment of main contractor
•Construction
•Fitting-out, e.g. garage equipment, parts racking, voice and data networks
•Handover
During the construction stage we supervise the contractor, monitor progress and quality, check specialist sub-contractors drawings, incorporating any Client variations, chair site meetings, prepare minutes and reports as required.
In other words, we take on the responsibility for delivering you your new premises. You get a cost effective service without having to manage a multitude of time-consuming relationships.
