Scaramanga Design were appointed firstly by MAN Truck & Bus UK Limited to write a set of clients requirements and specification for the project and to submit a full planning application for this new state of the art Truck Dealership on Ashburton Road West, Trafford Park Manchester.

Initial feasibility scheme design drawings were prepared by Coplan in Germany for MAN. The site is owned by ‘Property Alliance Group Ltd’ who arranged for the construction of the new facility with MAN being the eventual tenant.

PAG appointed the design team with SDL being project Architects and lead consultant to develop the scheme, obtain Building Regulations Approval, prepare full working drawings, specifications and details for construction.
