The existing site was comprehensively re-planned to support operational efficiency and brand alignment. Large-scale premises were relocated to newly constructed, purpose-built offices designed to meet current and future business needs.

A new Mercedes-Benz corporate customer reception was created, featuring a dedicated showroom for small commercial vehicles and a fully equipped training suite to support the National Remarketing Centre.

Site operations were streamlined through a rationalisation of land use, enabling a more efficient layout and the creation of a secure new site entrance to enhance safety and access control.
