Scaramanga Design delivered this landmark project in two key phases, beginning with the shell and core construction, where we acted as Employer’s Agent on behalf of the landlord.

The second phase involved the full fit-out of the first purpose-built Stellantis Brand House dealership in the UK—a flagship site that brings together Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, DS, Fiat, and Peugeot under one roof for the very first time.

This state-of-the-art facility not only reflects the latest Stellantis Brand House design standards, but also places a strong emphasis on sustainability. A rooftop photovoltaic array was installed, generating 8kWp of solar energy to help power the building and feed surplus energy back into the grid.

The new dealership includes:

• Dedicated new and used car showrooms

• A fully equipped service and parts department

• Modern office and staff facilities

• 27 electric vehicle charging points

• An automatic car wash and multiple valet bays
