Scaramanga Design worked on this project in 2 stages, the first was the shell and core construction where we acted as the employers agent for the landlord.

The second was the fit out of the first, new build Stellantis Brand House dealership in the UK. This is the first location to feature Jeep and Alfa Romeo alongside Abarth, DS, Fiat, and Peugeot, all under one roof

Along with the latest Stellantis Brand House design, the construction had sustainability at the forefront of its design. A photovoltaic array of roof mounted solar panels were installed generating 8kWp to power the building and feed any surplus back into the grid.

The new site consists of new cars, used cars and aftersales service. It also hosts 27 electric car charging points and an automatic car wash and multiple valet bays.
